JPMorgan's Women on the Move initiative, designed to empower women within the firm, expanded into a broader thought leadership endeavor via an original podcast. Partnering with Magnet, they launched the award-winning "Women on The Move Podcast," featuring insights from notable female leaders and global industry celebrities.. With strategic guidance, creative storytelling and production expertise, the collaboration produced over 150 episodes across 6 seasons, elevating JPMorgan's brand, enhancing recruiting and retention efforts, and engaging clients on women's issues while earning accolades such as the Communicator Awards' Best Branded Podcast Series.
