Sara Alexandre Rodrigues is a cinephile, who brings her appreciation of a story told richly and beautifully to all aspects of her creative work.

She’s also a passionate DIYer creative who rolls up her sleeves to dig in to ensure her clients walk away beyond happy. At the same time, she dives into data and analytics to power, or shift, strategies with her client’s interests top of mind.

As an art director and prop stylist, Sara built and designed for commercial and narrative clients including House Beautiful, NBC, The Military Channel, TLC, Oxygen, History, Bud Light, Delish, Comcast and TV Globo (Brazil).

While at House Beautiful, she directly pitched and produced compelling spreads for print editorial with a focus on a compelling market that directly drove digital UVs and subscriptions. Her background building dynamic sets positioned her as the brand's DIY expert, who taught the next generation everything about interior design, style and home repair across social channels with over 30 million views in 2020 alone. In addition, she spearheaded a tutorial-style video series that pulled in 11 million in ad buys monthly, creating a consistent revenue stream.

An insightful innovator, Sara also led the push into international markets for a design brand to champion a wider range of voices and styles. She believes cultural exchanges can fuel conversations about homes, design and identity.  

As associate creative director, Sara is energized by Magnet’s diversity of clients and services. 

A world traveler who has always called New York home, Sara is proficient in Spanish and holds a certificate in peace and conflict negotiation from her time lobbying for peace talks as a teenager.
