JPMC has hosted Women on the Move events in locations where the company employs hundreds, and often thousands, of women. Since it began, the program has been hosted in 23 cities and senior women from across the company have met with more than 6,000 employees.
To expand on this important initiative, and bring the value of the program to a much larger (internal and external) audience, JPMorgan Chase is considering the production of a Women On The Move podcast. Magnet Media has developed a holistic launch plan for JPMorgan Chase, which includes a strategy, production, and promotion plan.
Magnet Media actualized JPMorgan Chase’s vision by devising a concrete plan regarding the tone and style of the show, potential hosts and guests, and what topics will be covered in the podcast, as well as taping and producing the series in its entirety. Magnet Media recommended website enhancements to better promote the WOTM podcast, consulted on the paid media approach and helped with logistics of platform setup to make sure the podcast was widely available.
Interview guests include industry insiders and influential female professionals like Meredith Kopit Levien, Jeremi Gorman, and Pat Russo whose inspiring insights can be valuable towards the audience who want to build their career, partner with the bank, and bring the “Women on The Move” into their lives.
Produced 23 episodes for the launch of the podcast. All episodes included accompanying digital, promotional, and social media assets.
Magnet Media secured and produced 15 VIP interviews at the World Economic Forum at Davos, collaborating with The Female Quotient.
The team also captured 8 episodes with internal JPMC leaders, as part of the “peak behind the scenes” at JPMorgan Chase.
