Introducing the world to a hiring software innovator

CHALLENGE

Magnet Media partnered with Fandango at Comic-Con San Diego, to build out an event activation plan. The in-person activation was set up with the aim of being a deviation from a standard one on one interview, and getting both celebrity talent and at-home viewers to regard Fandango as the best stop-in interviews at all of Comic-Con.

Greenhouse, a producer of cutting-edge hiring software and HR industry leader, needed video content to share its founding story, mission, vision, and values with potential clients and the general public. The company is dedicated to transforming the recruitment process for both employees and employers, making hiring more efficient and effective across the board, but their current assets didn’t reflect their deep-seated passion. Greenhouse wanted a lively video that captured the company ethos, and could be used on their website, in press and media, and anytime they needed to tell their story to an outside audience.

STRATEGY

Magnet Media developed a strategy to keep the celebrity talent entertained in the space, and also worked with them to produce entertaining content that can be shared with an at-home audience. In addition to content capture and event planning, we executed a Q&A and live stream via Facebook, for viewers to engage with Fandango and Comic-Con as well as making sure the content lived beyond just the day of the event.
