Magnet Media collaborated with Greenhouse to develop the podcast storytelling approach, production, and launch strategy. We first structured a Show Bible that outlined everything from format to guest-booking to music. We then built a mobile studio that provided great visibility of the show (ahead of the launch) by virtue of the onsite recording studio. Finally, we collaborated on the capture of content by inviting one of their leading team members, Lauren Ryan, to host the conversations. We were able to capture content by setting up a podcast booth at Greenhouse’s annual industry conference, Greenhouse OPEN. The mobile Talent Makers podcast studio helped raise awareness and interest for the podcast, and for the topic: how business leaders can become more effective partners with HR and recruiting to improve their company’s hiring outcomes. The podcast was paired with video and downloadable assets on a Magnet-designed Talent Makers hub where visitors could explore the topic further, download an ebook, or book a consultation session with the Greenhouse team.
