Megan Cunningham, who founded Magnet in 2000, will transition to the role of Executive Chairman and Head of Magnet Originals, where she will continue shaping the company’s vision, fostering strategic partnerships, producing signature series, and supporting the creative team.

Michelle Vincent is an accomplished leader in media, creative innovation, and business transformation, bringing over two decades of experience in digital marketing, sales strategy, and brand storytelling. She has held leadership roles at some of the world’s most influential companies, including Google and Meta (formerly Facebook), where she consulted Fortune 500 executives and spearheaded high-impact growth initiatives.
Most recently, as CEO of Mofilm, a creative content agency within The Brandtech Group, Michelle led the company through a strategic transformation—streamlining operations, integrating Generative AI capabilities, and elevating creative excellence both internally and across its global community of filmmakers, creatives and influencers. Under her leadership, Mofilm enhanced operational efficiencies, strengthened its strategic focus, and expanded its roster of high-profile brand partnerships with leading global companies in Finance, Tech, CPG, Travel, and Pharma.
A recognized thought leader in Generative AI and creative innovation, Michelle has been sought after to share strategic and forward-looking insights as podcast guest and speaker during major industry events including CES, Davos, SXSW and Cannes Lions. Deeply committed to mentorship and diversity as a long-time advocate for women in tech and media, Michelle has served on advisory boards for WNET Channel 13 Public Television and Spanglish Movies and has mentored countless junior and future leaders of tomorrow throughout long-standing memberships at The Forem and She Runs It.
