After Hurricane Maria devastated Puerto Rico in 2017, Cisco partnered with NetHope for emergency response and sought to inform its employees about the initiative's importance. Cisco collaborated with Magnet Media to create a compelling documentary video showcasing employee stories and the global positive impact of volunteering with Cisco. Magnet Media worked swiftly to meet tight deadlines, allowing for multiple feedback stages to ensure the best outcome. The collaboration resulted in a powerful visual asset shown at Cisco’s annual employee conference, which was well-received by senior management. Additionally, Magnet Media developed a guidelines playbook for capturing consistent visual content of relief efforts for future internal communications.
