Google Get America's Businesses Online
Google is focused on investing in America. They created the Get American Business Online initiative to showcase how they can help individuals who are navigating the digital world for the first time grow their local businesses using Google’s digital tools.
Magnet Media traveled cross-country to capture the lives of small business owners. Our production process allowed us to create a stylistically cohesive body of 50 short films while also expressing the regional variety and personalities of the featured businesses. This project convinced Google executives to expand the initiative globally. When the global campaign launched, Magnet Media was instrumental in the U.S. execution, producing live events nationwide to help Google reach small business owners directly. In these events, Google featured the celebratory content we captured including customer photography and the regional short films to 10,000+ attendees.
