Greenhouse's talented podcast
The hiring software innovator leverages podcast storytelling to raise engagement at their event and with their thought leadership.
Magnet Media collaborated with Greenhouse to develop a podcast, developing the storytelling approach, production plan, and launch strategy.
Magnet first structured a show bible that outlined everything, from the format to guest-booking to music. We then captured content by setting up a podcast booth at Greenhouse’s annual industry conference, Greenhouse OPEN. A mobile studio provided great visibility for the show at the conference: this on-site recording studio not only advertised the podcast to conference attendees, but got them interested in possibly being interviewed for it.
Next, Magnet collaborated with Greenhouse's Lauren Ryan to host these conversations exploring how business leaders can become more effective partners with HR and recruiting to improve their company’s hiring outcomes. Guests shared their hiring insights and best practices. Greenhouse's goal was to speak with inspiring CEOs and founders, encouraging them to share their strategic approaches to recruiting world-class talent in the most competitive areas of the workforce, which could then be shared on Greenhouse's branded podcast, Talent Makers Podcast, to a wide audience.
The podcast was paired with video and downloadable assets on a Magnet-designed Talent Makers hub, where all visitors could explore the topic further, download an ebook, or book a consultation session with the Greenhouse team.
The podcast hub helped drive more than 250 qualified eBook downloads and more than 50 Talent Maker workshop appointments—in-person training sessions on how to become a leader in hiring—with industry executives. It remains one of the most effective generators of high-touch, high-quality leads for the organization.
