Poynter Strategy & Storytelling
We refined Poynter's strategy to amplify its role as a trusted news source, leveraging targeted research and compelling video content for key audiences.
We conducted strategic research with an internal and external audit to better assess Poynter’s positioning in the non-profit journalism space. We then distilled these key findings in a full report inclusive of a content strategy, distribution strategy, messaging and creative strategy, expanding on Poynter’s opportunity to position itself as a trusted go-to source for unbiased news, while furthering the mission to promote high-quality journalism. Subsequently, we began the storytelling process to capture this thought leadership through video and content capture serviced to donors and key constituencies.
