Your money and COVID

As the coronavirus crisis impacted American families’ financial stability, TIAA wanted to support plan participants with guidance during this time of uncertainty.

As the COVID-19 pandemic began to hit Americans and their families extremely hard, there was a clear and pressing demand for guidance during this unique period, where typical marketing methods may not succeed. To allow TIAA and their subject matter experts to efficiently pass valuable information along to participants, Magnet partnered with TIAA to develop short “Your Money & COVID-19” videos which answered participants most pressing questions. This 15-part video series was completed within several weeks, leveraging self-filming via iPhone by TIAA’s SME’s to adhere with social distancing guidelines. Magnet and TIAA collaborated on the full production including pre-production/scripting and editing, to deliver cost-effective video content at scale in an extremely expedited timeline.
